Overall, while the majority of students spent from 51 to 75 hours studying for exam, the minority of them only studied for 0-25 hours. As for average score students got, it gets higher with the number of hours spent on studying, with the exception of 101-125 hours study sessions.Nearly 40% of students spent 51-75 hours studying for exam and almost one third of them were studying for 76 to 100 hours. 26 to 50 hours were spent for exam preparation by apprpximately one in five. One out of ten students had 101-125 hours study sessions. The remaining 5% prepared for exam only for 0-25 hours. In terms of average marks students got, there’s a visible correlation between the length of exam preparation and the score, despite students with 101-125 hours spent studying having slightly lower score.
The average mark of students who spent 0-25 hours studying is 40. However, scores of students, preparing for 51 to 76 hours are almost twice as high. The score 60 is typical for those preparing for exam for 26 to 50 hours, whereas students with 76 to 100 hours study sessions got the highest average mark of 90. Students who spent 101-125 studying obtained mark less than the latter one by 10.
