It can be witnessed from the charts that, Middle East holds the biggest proportion of oil reserve, holding more than half of the oil resourcdd in the world, while they only consume near six percdnt of the oil consumption. Canada has the second largest oil reserve, nearly 15 percent of oil resources are located in Canada, even thogh they consume less than 2.5 portion if oil consumed each year.
Asia and the U.S are the biggest consumers of oil in the world each consumming a quarter of oils extracted anually. Meanwhile, they hold less than 5 percent of oil resources combined. Western Europe also doesn’t fall too much behind them using one fifth of oil resources, while holding less than 1.5 perecnt of it.
Overall, the graph shows even tough, Middle East and Canada have the most amount of oil resources in the world, The biggest consumers of oil are Asia,The U.S and Western Europe.
