The first bar chart provides information about the overall rate of movies launched in two different years: 1996 and 2000. The second bar chart illustrates the total percentage of entry tickets sold in the same periods. Overall, both the charts highlight infomation about four categories of films: drama, comedy, fantasy and finally, romance.
At a first glance, the percentage of films published in 1996 is lower than the number of movies shared in 2000; except for the romance section where the share stay the same over the years. Furthermore, the second chart shows the quite same trend for the number of tickets sold.
Going into details, drama films are the category that improved the most: it went from nearly 26% in 1996 to 35% in 2000. While, the customers who preferred fantasy are the ones who grew the most: from 0.3% in 1996 to over 5% in 2000. Finally, the amout of audience for romance films dropped down from a 5% to a only 0.3% in 2000.
