Looking from an overall perspective it is readily apparent that drama were accounted to be the highest released in cinema while ticket for comedy film were moslty sold in both years. The ratio of film produced and tickect sales of all category were comparitively higher in latter year, expect romanace.
In 1996, around 26% of drama and one-fifth comedy movies were released followed by fantacy and romance with 12% and 7% respectively. However, by 2006, the production of all the movies genres hike, witnesses drama at 35%, comedy a quarter, fantacy at just over 15% while romance remain stabilized.
Taking a closer look at second graph, tickect of comedy movies were highly sold in comparision to other cinema categories with same ratio of those released in 1996, while in 2006, the ratio slightly increased to reach almost 25%. The number of tickect brought for drama were positioned in second place with minimal changes from 16% to 17%. In contrast, fantacy and romance were least liked genres which were found under 5% in first year and later fantacy recover at 7% while romance declined to half of its initial ratio.
