Overall, it is evident that during the beginning years less people were inclined to go to the cinema while spending less money on cinema ticket. The percentage of individuals gradually rose year by year until quite recently, so the amount of money spared to cinema ticket too.
Upon closer examination, the portion of cinema attendants was at 35 % in 1980, after which it had slowly grown to 50% by 2000. Then, it run down slightly in 2005, a figure that then increased to 72% in 2010, after which it had remained steady until 2015. As for the amount of money spent on cinema ticket, it stood at 200 in 1980 which had gradually gone up to 400 by 1990, after which it had become stable until 2010, in which it soared up to more than 1200 AUD.
