The two table charts provide information about average costs of houses in the whole Englan and particulary in London in years 1995 and 2013, compared to cost in other cities of England in 2013.
Overall, in either years London tended to be the place with highest house prices across all cities. Also, in 1995 prices in London were bigger for almost a third of average settlement in England, whereas in 2013 houses in Capital city became twice expensive than in the country.
In 1995 cost of an average house in London was 200000 pounds. 18 years after that Capital city witnessed a double in price of houses, which were 400000 pounds for one. Second after London was South East corner of the country, where houses were averagely 325000 pounds.
Despite that, average prices in England in both years were smaller. In 1995 statistic showed the price of 125000 pounds for an average detatched house. Then, in 2013 this price increased to 200000 pounds.
