The bar charts illustrate the average house expenses in England and its capital city –London, and to present the comparison regarding the average house prices between distinct areas of England within the year 2013.
As can be presented from the charts, while the dwellers in the metropolis – London had to pay the highest expense for habitation there, the least expensive price was observed in North East. Besides,the year 2013 witnessed an increasing ( decreasing,..) house cost in England and its capital as opposed to the year 1995,with the bottom line being the considerably copious amount of money paid for London’s homes.
Regarding inhabitants’ expenditure for dwelling places in 1995 and 2013, these two years witnessed major differences in the proliferation of house prices. London experienced a double surge from 200000 pounds up to more than 400000 pounds in 2013 whereas a marginally smaller increase between nearly 130000 pounds and 200000 pounds was seen in house expenses of other provinces.
In terms of the comparison between accommodation expenses amongst areas in England, London still stood at the highest position whereas the three areas observing the lower house prices were South East, South West, and North West, with respective figures being more than 300000 pounds, approximately 270000 pounds, and 200000 pounds. In addition, Midlands and North East registered the most affordable prices at roughly 100000 pounds.
