The level of computer ownership in this category was extremely low in 2002, about 15%, but in 2010 this number increased to 40%. The second columns represent the category of high school graduation. In 2002, ownership in this category rose by more than twice, while in 2010 it increased to about 65%. The last columns of college, bachelor’s degree, and postgraduate qualification stayed relatively stable, oscillating between 55% and 75% in 2002, while in 2010 they fluctuated between 85% and 95%.
