To begain with, during the year 2002 computer ownership was around 55 percentage as the level of education for non high school diploma ownerships was 15. however on the year 2010 an increase in level reached to 40. meanwhile high graduetes in 2010 was higher than 2003 by 30 levels. while also college users on 2003 were less than 2010, in 2003 owning computers in bachelors degree users increased compared to incomplete college studends but 2010 still was higher in level than 2003, In addittion post graduate in 2003 owned less computers compared in 2010 post graduates.
To sum it up, in year 2010 computer ownerships increased and recorded around 75 percenatg leading that an increase of total 20 percent between the year 2002 till 2010.
