According to the pie chart, a skill that takes up most of the year to master is the technical skills. While the professional development and characterising skills take up a similar amount of time, 10 and 15 hours, respectively, well-being and danger awareness take up only 5 hours.
Whereas in the bar chart the attitude towards how the office workers react to these preparational classes are mixed, describing that most of the staff (75 on average) are under the impression of these courses being meaningful for doing one’s job correctly, the other half considers the lessons to be a great excuse for reflection. 1 in 2 people consider the training sessions to be right for morale and teamwork while 10% of both managers and secretaries are equally dissatisfied with the performance of the course and consider them to be a wasted effort.
