The graph and pie chart illustrate information about the attitude of worker and the time for training in each year in four fields.

In gender, while technical accound the most time for training, health and safety have the least time. The most worker feel training is important for job, and it is different from others, which has a percentage of manager choose more than secretary.

In the term of hour training, technical reach a peak at 30 hours, following that is career development with 15 hours. Interpersonal skills is the next fiel with 10 hours. Finally, healthy and safety have only 10 hours per year to training.
