Acutually, the pie chart shows the overview of the training per year with the percentages hours regarding technical 30% hours per year which is quite high compared to the other available optins, while the inter personal skills10% hours, And lowest training is for the health and safety 5% hours, where as the Career Development 15% hours which is moderate.
