Overall, the percentage of people who change their cars every 5 year or more is the highest; in contrast the lowest percentage is related to those who tend to change it every year. In addition, it is more common to buy second-hand cars as it presents the most significant percentage.
In 2009, people who tend to change their cars every 5 year or more shows the highest number of the population compared to other options, as it represents more than 50%, followed by almost 40% of those who change their vehicles every 3-4 years. However, the other options are at their lowest; as they don’t even reach 10% with people who change their car every year being the weakest percentage of population.
Additionally, second-hand cars are more destined to be bought than the other types representing almost 70%, as for people who get brand new cars shows about 25%. Followed by the two combined types (sometimes new/ sometimes second-hand) which is represented by 10% and finally the lowest is less than 5% for those who doesn’t own a car.
