To begin with, there was a generally increased trend in urban area, with around 8 million people in 1950 and reached to approximately 33 million in 2000, while the trends of the 2 age groups (under 15 and over 65) climbed sightly during the period, within the number around 3 to 8 million for both trend. At the same time, more teenagers affected the whole trend, rocketed dramatically from 8 million to about 24 million during the time.

In constrast, the number of children who under 15 decreased slowly between 2000 and 2040, to compared with the elder and teenager, they both reached to 8 and 28 million respectively in the period, which also brought a dratically rise in the population overall.
