The pie charts compare the percentages of protein, fat and carbohydrates in three different diets, namely an average diet,health diet and healthy diet for sport.
It is clear from the charts that carbohydrates constitute the most proportion in all the diets, while the proportion of fat is the least.
The proportions of protein and carbohydrates are the same in the average diet, with each making up 40 %. Furthermore, the percentage of fat is lower than both, at half their respective proportions, but also it is equal to the fat proportion in the healthy diet.
The carbohydrates proportion in healthy diet for sport make up 60 %, which is higher than healthy diet and average diet by 10 % and 20 % respectively. On the other, the protein proportion is lower than protein proportion in healthy diet and average diet by 5% and 15 % respectively.
