As can be seen from the charts, people who do sports have a diet with a high amount of carbohydrates, reaching 60%. In contrast, the figures for Average Diet and Healthy Diet are lower, at 40% and 50%, respectively. On the other hand, fat consumption is the lowest in the Healthy Diet for Sports with only 15%, while the proportion of fat in both Average Diet and Healthy Diet is equal, at 20%.
As for protein, the Average diet has the highest proportion, at 40%, followed by 30% for Healthy Diet, and 25% for Healthy Diet for Sports.
