The pie chart gives information about carbs, protein and fat in three different diets, namely healthy diet, an average diet and a healthy diet for sports.
It is evident that carbohydrates make up the highest proportion in all three diets while fat has the lowest percentage.
As can be seen from the chart, both the average diet and the healthy diet have the same rate of fat, which is 20%. However, the healthy diet has the higher percentage of carbohydrates (50%) compared to the average diet (40%). On the other hand, a healthy diet has less protein than this figure in an average diet, which is 30% and 40%, respectively. Furthermore, an average diet has the highest proportion of protein: 40%.
The rate of fat and protein in a healthy diet for athletes is less than two diets has already been mentioned. Additionally, an athlete’s diet has the lowest percentages of fat and protein, which are 15% and 25%, respectively but the highest proportion of carbs (60%).
