Overall, it is evident that carbohydrates were most consumed in all kinds of eating plan, whereas fat always accounts for the lowest value.
As for the healthy diet, carbohydrates are consumed the most in this eating plan, accounting for a half. The figure for protein was lower, at 30%. Fat, however, accounts for the lowest part of this eating plan, at 20%.
In the diet for sportspeople, carbohydrates make up a major proportion, at 60%, while the data on protein and fat take up a quarter and 15%, respectively. In terms of the normal diet, a notable feature could be witnessed in the values of carbohydrates and protein when their percentages were the same as each other, at 40%. Besides, a fifth of the same diet is allocated to fat.
