It can be seen that in the year 1985 the number of people affected was 40 and it was the least. Then, it continued to show an upward trend until 1987 and reached 55. After 1987, the cases reported started to fall and by 1988 it came just below 50. Again it rose slightly and reached 50 in the year 1989. The number of people grew drastically from 1989 to 1991, and reached its peak in 1991 with 75 cases.
However, after 1991, it showed a downward trend. By the year 1992, it decreased to nearly 60. It had a slight dip until 1993 and went up to 65 by the year 1994. It fell back to 60 in the year 1995.
