The provided process diagram illustrates the process of chocolate making. Overall, it can be seen that the production of chocolate consists of 10 stages, with cacao tree in the beginning and liquid chocolate at the end.
First, red ripe pods are getting taken from cacao trees, which are growing in South America, Africa and the country of Indonesia. Once pods are taken, they are getting harvested, where white cocoa beans are going out. Then beans are going through process of fermentation. Later they are spreading in sun to dry. After that beans are put in large sacks for comfortable transportation by trucks or lorrys.
Secondly, ready-made beans are taken to factory, where they are getting roasted in 350 degrees Celcius. As soon as beans are ready, they are going through crushing, whereas outer shell are removed. In the final part, inner part are getting pressed and ready-made liquid chocolate is produced.
