The graph illustrates a data about the number of people affected by the disease named rift valley fever among three countries in the year 1915.
Overall, what stands out from the graph is that despite starting with the lowest rate in Brazil, it shows the highest disease rate by the end of the year. Regarding to Japan, it shows the opposite of Brazil’s data.
If we look at the details of Mexico, graph suggests that in January more than 800 people were the victims of that fever. The rate then surged to approximately 1200 then gradually decreased to about 600. Once, the rate soars to 800 again, it dropped to 400.
Japan started the year with its 1500 residents affected by that infection. By the first four months, it shows a decline in the numbers. Subsequently, 4 months in a row, the rate did not change. Nevertheless, from August to December it shows significantly drop. Unlike Japan, Brazil started that year with the lowest place in this ranking, showing 200 people affected by fever.
