The line graph illustrates the figure of car export sales of four differnent countries over the span of 8 years.

Overall, over the years the car export sales of German and USA saw only a small rise. Being fluctuated, the car sales of two countries, which is Japan and France levelled off. Another striking point is that over the period of 8 years, the USA always kept its position as a country with the least amout of car sales.

Looking at the details of German and USA, both of their car export sales showed an increasing trend, which both grew about 0.25 billion dollars. However, the amount of German’s car sales experiences great rises and falls, and it was even at the peak of 2.75 billion dollars in 1999. On the contrary, the USA’s had a relatively steady growth, eventually reaching the 1.25 billion dollars in 2004.

Regarding the other two countries, Japan and France shares two different patterns of fluctuation. The fluctuation range of Japan is as twice as the France’s, which by far the highest number of its car export sales is 3 billion dollars, while the lowest is 1.5 billion dollars. The France ramained its car sales at the level of 2 billion dollars from 1996 to 1998, and from 2003 to 2004.
