The line chart under provides information about the amount of unemployment in three different countries from 1991 to 2005. Its units are measured in percentage. Overall, it is evident from the graph, the rates of unemployment were fluctuated during the period given.

According to what is Showen, Spain had the highest rate of unemployment in 1991, at around 13, and then increased at just 18 after two years. It is interesting notice that, the rate of unemployment’s Spain was stood at exactly at 18 from 1993 to 1995, then sharply declined from 15% in 1997 to approximately 9% in 2005. As we can see from graph, the second highest rate of unemployment was Italy, at almost 8% in the begging time, then increased sharply to 12% in 1997. Between 1997 and 1999, the rate of Italy was fixed at 12 per cent, then declined to around 8 per cent at the end of period.

On the other hand, Germany was lowest rate of unemployment in 1991 at 4 per cent. As it is shown, from 1993 to 2010, the rate unemployed in Germany had fluctuated between 6& to 10.
