Overall, it can be seen that the earnings of Amandine Bakery and Bolo Cakery increased over the period, while the income of Mary Bakeshop despite being at first rate at the beginning, more decreased than other during the period.
To begin with, the Amandine Bakery had 80000 yearly income at the beginning and until 2005 was stable. Then, income gradually increased to around 70,000. From 2007 to 2008 saw a dramatic rise in Amandine Bakery. In the following years, the earnings steadily increased with reaching the income over 100000.
To contrast, Bolo Cakery was at the lowest rate among others with only 20000 income. From 2000 to 2002 saw a fluctuation. Then, the line increased until 40000, after which it can be seen only stable until 2006. However, there was a gradual rise between 2006 and 2007.
