Despite increasing in cost in 2005 to around 1.5 euros, the figure witnessed a decrease until 2007 and final price was around 0.8 cents.
Meanwhile, other types of breads such as black bread ,white bread, rye bread witnessed an increase in their price. The cost of black bread in the beginning was around 1.8 euros, then year later the cost of bread experienced a drop and was 1.6 euros.Despite increasing slightly until 2004 and recovering initial price, the black bread witnessed a decrease to 1.7 euros. The final price was around 2 euros and until this period of time the price increased slightly. The cost of white bread in the beginning was approximately 1.8 euros and one year later the price increased to 1 euro. Despite decreasing slightly until 2004, the price of this type of bread witnessed a significant increase until the end of the period. The cheapest bread cost around 0.3 cents in 2001 then increased to 0.5 cents in 2002. The price fluctuated until the end of the period between 0.3 and 0.5 euros and was stable only between 2003 and 2004.
