In the early years of the period, the figure for rising cost of living stood at 65 000, while the number of traffic and lifestyle was considersbly lower, at around 20 000. Over the next few years, the number of people who moved to the countrysides due to rising cost of living saw a sharp increase, reaching over the 80 000 by 2000. Also, similar pattern was observed in the case of traffic and lifestyle, with making up just over the 30 000.
From mid-period onwards, the trend shifted significantly, the amount of people who moved to the countrysides in result of rising living costs, which had previously risen, began to decline, failing to 80 000 by final year. Meanwhile, the figure for traffic and lifestyle showed a steady upward trend and accounted for 60 000 and 40 000 in the end of the period.
