The line graph illustrates the number of international tourists visiting Japan, Thailand and Vietnam between 2010 and 2020.

Overall, the number of tourists in Japan was at the highest level and recorded the majority of tourists throughout the period. In contrast, Thailand was at an average level and kept growing steadily, while Vietnam recorded the lowest proportion during the whole period.

In 2010 Japan accounted for 10 tourists and Thailand stood at around 5, whereas Vietnam accounting for 0 tourists during the period. By 2014 Japan rose slightly and remained the highest proportion, while Vietnam and Thailand’s percentage of visitors went up slightly and showed almost the same figures at about 3 and 6 respectively. The countries increased steadily until 2016, following by a sharp increase.

In 2018 Japan’s number of international tourists experienced a gradual increase and reached over than 20. Thailand’s proportion climbed to nearly 12, while Vietnam’s figure didn’t recorded sharp increases over the time. By 2020 Japan and Thailand’s figures increased dramatically, accounting for 35 and 25 respectively, whereas Vietnam rose steadily and reached 10.
