Overall, it can be seen, that all of three tourists spots experienced both falls and growths during the period. However Edinburgh Castle became the most popular over time, on the other side zoo started being less visited in the end of the period.

In details, Zoo was the least popular among three attractions with 500 thouthands tourists in 1980. This was followed by a gradual rise in 15 years with 2 million of visitors in 1995, being at its peak. Thereafter, Zoo experienced slightly drops between 10 years finishing at number of 1.5 million people in 2010. Edinburgh Castel was ranked second getting 1 million humans visited in the beginning of the period. In the following period, it increased sharply, reaching the number of 4 million of tourists, however in the end of the years this number decreased a little and reached 3.5 million travelers in 2010.
