Overall, the fixed phone users shows unchange and stable growth in a decade. Although, the popularity of people who use mobile phones were less in start, it significantly rise more than fixed in mid of decade.

Fixed telephone users in almostly all decade with constant growth, in 1994 with 1.7 percentage to 1.9 after one year. Then rise was more stable only by 0.1 percent between 1995 and 1998. Also that minimum grow was between 2002 and 2004. However, there is also was 0.2 in 1999 and 2001. But comparing with mobile gadget subscribers it is nothing.
