The line graph provides information about the proportion of people in the United States of America who accessed news by using website, TV, print, and social media from 2012 to 2015, over a period of 4 years and it is measured in percentage.
At first glance, it can be seen that the print media followed a downward trend, while the social media indicate an upward trend throughout the period.
In the beginning, in 2012, the website accounted for 80 percent people and slightly increased in every year. Similarly, the TV also went up between 2012 and 2013, from about 75 to 77%, which minimally decreased rest of the life until 2015, nearly at 70 percent.
In addition, from 2012 to 2013, print media experienced 40 (%) and it climbed to approximately 50(%), but it dropped by around 20(%) in 2015, showing the largest drop on the chart. However, the number of people who use social media grew rapidly from 2012 to 2014, reaching 30(%) and remained also rapidly rose up roughly at 40(%), in 2015.
