The most noticeable increased communication method is cellular phone service, which growth consistently and getting peak to 60% user at 2008. Meanwhile, the other four method does not showed any big movement. There are never reaching up to 20%.

Firstly, at 1998, landline service seem promising by dominate about 15% and continued increasing to 20% in 2000, but after decreasing to 15% in 2002, landline service never break the 20% peak that they have. On the other hand, internet service who start from less than 10% keep showing increased performance untill reaching 20% in 2008. Moreover, broadband service is less popular, this is showed from the line of fixed broadband and mobile broadband that even never touch 10%.

Overall, at 2008, cellular phone service is the most used method for communication, following with internet service, landline service, and the broadbands service.
