The line graph presents the fraction of secondary school graduation in three different countries: England, France and Germany.Overall, it is clear that while England and Germany witnessed an upward trend, the opposite was true for France. In addition, during most of the period, the highest figure can be seen in England’s rate.
In detail, England and Germany experienced significant changes. From 2005 to 2009, while England fluctuated between 13% and 15%, there has been a gradual rise from 8% to 13% in the graduation rate of Germany. Next, at the period of 2009 to 2011, it can be seen that both England and Germany jumped up to the highest at 25% and 23%. Between 2011 and 2015, there has been a steady increase in the fraction of high school graduation rate while Germany fluctuated at the period of 2013.
On the other hand, at first in 2005 France had the highest percentage of secondary school leavers. From 2005 to 2013, there has been a stable decrease in the graduation rate. However, between 2013 and 2015, France jumped up to 10%, which increased by about 4% over the period.
