Generally, it could be obviously witnessed that all three companies experienced a decline in the time to make a refrigerator throughout this period. Moreover, the company A saw the sharpest decrease among the three companies from 1990 to 2000.

Upon closer examination of the data, the time taken for company C to manufacture a refrigerator was the longest of that taken by three companies continuously, from 35 hours in 1990 to around 28 hours in 2000. In addition, the company B experienced the smallest decrease during this period, with a decrease of almost 1 hours.

Furthermore, in 1990, the company B spent the least time producing a refrigerator, at about 27 hours.
