Overall, all figures experienced a sharp increase, with the notable exceptions of letter which fell to its lowest level over the period, whereas in person enquiry and telephone saw a dramatic rise, with the former becoming a clear frontrunner over the time frame.
Letter exhibited minor fluctuations and declined steadily from nearly 800 enquiries to roughly 400 enquiries although its figure initially recorded relatively higher number, being surpassed by other figures
At the beginning of the period in person stood at the lowest point. However, it recorded a significant increase in the following years, peeking highest level at approximately 1700 enquiries, thereby becoming the most popular enquiry. Similarly, telephone fluctuated dramatically and demonstrated a sharp upward trend from roughly 900 to 1600, ranking in the second place.
