The line graph illustrates how many parcels were transported by FedEx and TNT mail services companies over the 80 years between 1920 and 2000.
Overall, TNT company deliveries showed a significant increase over the period shown until being more popular. Although the number of items delivered by FedEx fluctuated, this figure remained dominant for most of the period.
As can be seen from the image, there was an upward trend in TNT company. The number of items delivered registered a gradual growth between 1920 and 1980, from 5,000 to approximately 10,000, despite a fall in 1980. Finally, the figure hit the highest level at just above 25,000 , after climbing dramatically to around 22,000.
Coming to FedEx company, the number of parcels which were transported stood at 15,000 in 1920, with being a dominance, and then it showed a considerable increase of 10,000; however it dropped dramatically to 12,000. Meanwhile the number the items delivered underwent a normal rise of 10,000 from 1960 to 1980, after remaining stable during a decade ( from 1950 and 1960). Afterwards, there was no change in this figure during the next 20 years.
