The line graph illustrates the number of immigrants in three different regions: Australia, Canada, and the USA from 1991 to 2001. Firstly, the USA experienced more immigrants than both other mentioned countries. Secondly, Canada faced fewer immigrants than the USA. Thirdly, Australia experienced a large decline in the number of immigrants from 1992 to 2000.
Beginning with immigration trends to the USA, the data reveals that more than 1000 immigrants began migrating to it in 1990. Subsequently, the flow of immigrants increased steadily by almost 2000 every year until 1997. Onwards, the USA faced more than 2500 immigrants in 2001.
Turning to Canada, only a smaller number of people, 500, migrated by 1990. After that, the trend plunged and almost reached 700; the next year experienced 1000. In the same fashion, in the next two years, the number reached almost 2400 by 1995. After that, it suddenly declined to 1100 in next three years. In 1999 again increased slightly and ended with almost 1200 in 2001.
Conversely, in Australia, the data highlighted that there were already more than 2500 immigrants in 1990. Continuously, the number of immigrants fell every year and reached 500 in 1995. maintained that same number until 2001.
