The line graph gives information about the quantity of exported cheese from Uzbekistan, Russia and China.
Overall, in Uzbekistan, the cheese export rose in spite of having a slight decrease in the middle of the period. In contrast, the opposite trend was observed for Russia. It is also worth mentioning that Uzbekistan emerged as a dominant exporter at the end despite Russia initially having the highest figures.
In 2015, China exported approximately 6 500 tonnes cheese and this figure remained unchanged until 2017. Hovewer, after a year, it fell sharply to 3200 tonnes. It continued declining like China export and both of them showed about 2800 tonnes in 2020. Before 2020, there was a flucation from 2015 to 2018. At the end of the period, they stood up 4100 and 4800 tonnes respectively.
When it come to Uzbekistan, in 2015, 3100 tonnes of cheese delivered to anothe countries. But, this figure consisted of only 2300 tonnes after 2 years. It was witnessed to a sudden growth in 2018 and it reached at 5100 tonnes of cheese in 2019. This amount did not change until the end.
