The line graph compares the annual income of four cafés in New York over the previous year.
Overall, The Tea Room, despite beginning as the highest-earning café, experienced a sharp decline and finished last. In contrast, Wi-Fi Café showed the strongest growth and ended the year with the highest revenue. Internet Express rose steadily, while Café Cool also improved significantly in the final months.
At the start of the year, The Tea Room earned around 160,000 dollars, peaking at nearly 180,000 in March before falling continuously to just 50,000 by December. Internet Express began at 100,000 dollars and increased gradually, remaining stable between April and July before rising again to reach 140,000 at the end of the year.
Wi-Fi Café started far lower, at about 50,000 dollars, but doubled by mid-year, dipped slightly, and then soared dramatically to its peak of roughly 190,000 in December. Café Cool remained relatively low and unstable for most months but climbed sharply to finish the year at about 120,000.
