Overall, despite having the highest revenue over the first nine months, the Tea Room saw the lowest income at the final month. The three other cafes experienced an increase in their income over the period given.
In January, the revenue earned by the Tea Room was the highest, at $160k, followed by the Internet Express at $100k, while the figures for two other cafes were comparatively low, at around $50 for Wifi café and at approximately $30k for Café Cool. During the first six months, the Tea Room witnessed fluctuations in its revenue, reduced to $120 in June. Similarly, at this time, the income of the Internet Express decreased slightly to $80k, whereas Wifi café saw a slight growth in their income and became similar to the Internet Express. Café Cool’s income fluctuated between $20k and $30k over this time.
However, in the final month, the Tea Room’s earning decreased to just above $40k, becoming the least earing café, while Wifi café overtook the highest rank, at just above $180k. Both Internet Express and Café Cool witnessed a rapid rise, reaching at just below $140k and $120k respectively.
