Overall, it can be seen that in 2012 the highest number of people travelled by private vehicles, however driving drastically dropped in popularity and in 2019 walking and cycling became the most common.

All public means of transport show are stable and don´t experience any major growth or decline, metro is used by around 50 thousand people, bus is about twice as popular and train is the most used transporting just over 200 thousand travelers.

On the other hand, private car transportation reached its peak in 2012, with around 900 thousand people relying on cars to get to their job, since then the usage has dropped dramaticaly and only about a fourth of people drove in 2019.

Both walking by foot or cycling rose slightly, in 2012 50 thousand people prefered cycling over walking, however in 2019 this difference halved.
