The diagramma illustrate the number of queries received by tourist information office in a city over a period time of half of year in 2011. Overall, the total number of inqueriese incresed during a period: in person and by phone noticeably increased, while by letter and email decreased.
In the begining of period, in january office of tourism received about – 400 request in a person, 800 – by letter and email, and 900 – by telephone. During the following months count of personal data noticeably increased, and by june raised another kategorie. Between the number by phone requised slowly escalate.
On the contrary, the number of letter/email slightly drop for all the period and for june reached minimum about – 400. By for this time queries in person reached max 1900, and by telephone achieve about 1600.
