Overall, it is clear that the number of tourist send queries in person started at low in Jan but then peaked at Jun. The group sending by telephone stay stable and increased while the letter and email group is decreased over a six months.

At January, the send in person group was lower than both group sen by letter and email and sen by telephone. But it was significant increased in Feburary with the recorded at 600, and this group skyrocket into around 1800 at June and hit a peak.

Group send by telephone keep stable from 820 at January until April, This group rise into 1600 at June. The group send by letter and email started with high number around 800 in January and get a slight decrease, but there was a drop in March when it decreased in to around 400 in May and then keep stable in June.
