Overall, it is evident that both figures for in person and by telephone saw upward trend, while rate for by letter or email witnessed downward trajectory.

In terms of queries received personally and by telephone displayed a constant increase, in January figures stood at about above 400 and 800, respectively. Former rate continued only constant climbing until the end of observed time period. However, latter rate experienced a slight drop to exactly 800 in Febuary, after when also continued its rise, before levelling off at 1000 from March untill April.
