In terms of queries received personally and by telephone displayed a constant increase, in January figures stood at about above 400 and 800, respectively. Former rate continued only constant climbing until the end of observed time period. However, latter rate experienced a slight drop to exactly 800 in Febuary, after when also continued its rise, before levelling off at 1000 from March untill April.
Regarding queries that obtained through letter or email, numbers only went down, showing less interest of individuals in writing. In January, roughly under 800 people wrote letter or email. These numbers gradually decreased untill May, at just under 400, then this figures remained unchanged.
