Overall, In the beginning of the period, contacting by telephone was the most used followed by letters and emails, and lastly in person. afterward, offline communicating was the highest then telephone and the least used was using letters and email.
In January, the rate of using telephone was 900, but it saw a slight fall by 100 next month, and then dramaticaly incraesed to 100 in March. As for communicating using briefs and emails, in the first month the value was around 750, and it decreased slightly in February to 700, and in the third month fell under 700 mark. getting informations by visiting the office saw a dramatical rise in February and March from 450 in January by 150 and 200 in sequence.
In the second half of the duration, offline informing saw a major increase by more than 400, reaching around 1300 level, afterward it saw a consistant increase by approximately 200 in May and June. Talking to tourist desk was stabilize in April but saw a big increase from 1000 to 1400 followed by a rise to 1600 mark in June. Lastly, the traditional communicating method saw a dramatical fall by 400 in the period of 2 months, then the number stayed the same from May to June.
