In general, percentage of tourists increased for Pier and Pavilion, however falled dramatically in Art Galert, while there was just a slight change in Festival. The most striking feature in 1980 was Festival accounting 30 percent, while Pavilion experienced 25% percent, however both the former and the letter reached similar percentage in 1985. At the same time Art Galery increased dramatically reaching approximately 38 percent, when Pier had just a light rise to 15 percent.

From the beginning of 1985 till 1995 Pavilion reached the peak of 48 percent. While Art Galery plunged to 20 percent and raised slightly to 22 percent, Pier just had a small dip and remained stable. During this 10 years Festival experienced a slight fall to 35 percent.
