From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the numbers for Great Britain were the most highest figures in 9-year period, while Sweden was only country that the thefts rate showed a steady increase.
To begin with, more than 7 vehicles were stolen in Sweden, in the year 1990, while it showed an increase, reaching almost 15, in 1999. In stark contrast, in France, figure was more than 5 at the beginning of time period, then it fluctuated between 1991 and 1998, and stayed at the same well as it was in 1990. However, in Canada, a decrease was experienced. The amount of stolen vehicles was approximately 8, in 1990, it showed a slight increase starting from 1993, however could not reach the amount it was in 1990.
On the other hand, Great Britain was only country among of these countries that the highest numbers were shown. It was almost 20 in the years 1992 and 1996, which was not stable in the period given, and reaching about 15, in 1999.
