With regard to the proportion of beef’s consumption, it began at over 200 grams then went up to approximately 225 grams in 1984 before witnessing constant drops of just around 100 grams in 2004. Likewise, Lamp’s consumption started at 150 grams in 1979, then it continuously decreased to 50 grams in the last year.
On the other hand, the number of people who ate chicken rose from 150 grams in the first year to 200 grams in 1989, before it peaked at around 250 grams in the latest year. Whereas, fish’s utilization remained steady at 50 grams throughout the whole period.
