The line graph compares three methods of collecting daily inquiries by the Tourist Information Office during a six-month period in 2011.
Overall, most categories observed strong upswings, except for gathering inquiries by letter/email, which showed a reverse pattern. Additionally, the most considerable escalation was witnessed in the in-person criterion.
Regarding the two groups with the sharpest rises. In January, telephone recorded the highest volume among other segments, standing over 900. After hovering around 1000 in the first 3 three months, its figure quickly accelerated to relatively 1600 at the end of the survey. Looking at the in-person secion, this method began with only nearly 500 inquiries, significantly lower compared to other approaches. However, the figure then underwent a surge to roughly 1900 in June, surpassing both telephoning and emailing or lettering.
Turning into the remaining category, email commenced at 800, which was also the second contributor of the chart. Noticeably, the number fell gradually until March and then plummeted in the three following months, finishing at only 400 inquiries.
