Overall, the most common methods were travelling by car and bus in both years. In contrast, the least popular ways were seen in riding bicycles, walking and taking the train.
In 2004, many people preferred to travel by car, accounting for just above a half, while it made up to nearly a third in 2009. Meanwhile, the bus method reached 33% in 2004, and recorded 46% in 2009.
The least common travelling way is riding bicycles, which accounted for 9%, and its population increased to 16% in 2009. The other methods, such as walking and travelling by train, were at less than 10% in both periods.
