Overall, it can be seen that the area has shifted from a mainly rural and fishing-based settlement to a more urbanised and recreational-oriented region. Additionally, the most noticeable change includes the complete removal of natural resources at the expense of tourism infrastructure.
Looking at the northern section, the original farmland in the northeast corner has now been converted into a golf and a tennis course. The public park just below this farm in 1995 has also been destroyed for a new line of holiday homes, equipped with a newly constructed car park on the eastern edge. To the west of these buildings, while the previous two-block hotel remained the same position up to nowadays, its size has been enlarged to three blocks so as to contain a greater number of visitors. Across the road from the hotel, there is a housing area that has undergone an expansion and a cluster of sports facilities below has shifted to dining places.
In terms of the southern part of the map, some new apartment blocks have replaced the original fish market, whereas the coffee beside has been preserved in the exact location, with a new outbound road leading straight to it. Finally, in the present, there has been an introduction of a harbour of yachts in place of the morning fishing boats in 1995.
